Get Help with Your Homework

Did you know that K–12 students can get free help with their homework at the library? During the 2011–12 school year, The Seattle Public Library offered 1,128 sessions of Homework Help at 11 branches and served 8,554 students. Here’s how you can get started!

Online Homework Help
Get free online help from tutors in math, science, English, and social studies (you need a free Library card and PIN). Available in English seven days a week from 1 p.m.–10 p.m. Tutors aren’t available on holidays, but you still have access to online resources and tests.

Homework Help Centers
Volunteers are available to help students on a drop-in basis each week at the following locations during the school year, except on holidays. See the Homework Help page for a full schedule.
